So, today is our cute Independence day :3 I personally never do anything special today… Mostly because it’s rainy and cold. It’s been a lot cold lately T_T Now I’m moving on to celebrate Portugal’s independence over Spain =3

Well, on another note:
I’ve been studying different kinds of mangas. I thought to myself that, if I am going to start my own manga, I need to learn how to do it. I know that there’re tons of tutorials around and I don’t need to search that deep in the web to find them… But the fact is, I think that, as the rookie I am, the first place I gotta make my research is not those things. First of all, I gotta look at real mangas, different kinds of them and learn from them, gathering ideas and info and developing my own way of making my own stuff.

Happily sis got a new manga by her B-day :3 She got a new Naruto manga! Though I am not that much of a fan of Naruto when it comes to the art, it was quite refreshing. The other volumes I had at home were Chrono Crusade and Tsubasa R. Chronicles. I gotta say CC has waaaay many greytones and TRC is… Too artful for a beginner like me. Best thing to say, Naruto popped in as the perfect manga in the perfect time, simple and efficient. I read it and tried to learn which things I could use from there in my works :3 Now you wait to see the next saga and tell me if my little manga-field-research was worthy =3 Never be afraid of telling me how to improve! ;)

Now that I have this little day at home and I finally have home nets again, I might be doing something like updating my stuff and maybe some gifts and stop postponing stuff. Yeah, that’s what I gotta do in first place :3
