Today I’ll talk to you about Delicious.com :3 But first, I shall speak of something much more important for you as Doce readers:
The weekly schedule is going to be reduced :(
It saddens me to say this. I’ll possibly lower the updates for one a week, on Mondays. Thursday’s tho, shall have also a post, but instead of the normal manga page, just a sketch or a random ref-sheet, that kind of stuff, I can’t make promises. Maybe I’ll end up having a manga page nonetheless, you never know! :D
But that was something that had to be done, my current status doesn’t allow me to spend so much time with this Project of mine >: I’ll do what I can!
Moving on to Delicious now:
I am pretty sure some of you have heard of it already, but for those who didn’t, it’s a site where you sign in and save your ‘favourites’ and organize them. You may think at first “Ah, but my computer does this already, why do I need to sign in for anything then?”, well, that takes us to the next level – an online data-base! :D
Not only you can organize your links in catgories and turn searches so much easier, you can also prevent your favourites from being lost in a format or a random shut down or all those things that might kill your computer at a given time and without warning – you’d better have backups! :3
And there’s more, you can always find other users and their tastes, in this huge voyerism trend which has been settling since the dawn of the interwebz, unless they tagged those as private ;3
Of course, just like everything, it has its downsides~ Just imagine the situation – your boss finds your most recent bookmark, being it a porn site! So, remember kids, pr0nz’ private and nicks mustn’t be revealed at the workplace!
